As Head of Operations, Turner is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Turner joined Personal Care, Inc. in 2021, after spending six years in healthcare revenue cycle consulting with Cloudmed, an R1 Company, where he managed an internal team focused on data analytics and auditing. His first experience with Personal Care, Inc. was as an intern in 2012 and 2013 when he was pursuing his B.S. in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill.

As the owner of Personal Care, Martha is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s long-standing mission and values. She was ordained as a Presbyterian minister and has her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.
