Home Care Services

Our C.N.A.’s provide help in the home with:

• Grooming and hygiene
• Monitoring vital signs and medication
• Proper body movement and daily exercise
• Going to appointments
• Preparing meals
• Day-to-day cleaning and laundry
• Walking and moving in and around the home

Our L.P.N.’s and R.N.’s offer these and professional services to clients in their homes, nursing homes, and in hospitals through:

• Assessing blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory status
• Monitoring medication regime
• Monitoring nutrition, hydration, bowel, and bladder functions
• Diabetic Teaching—checking glucose levels and administering insulin
• Wound care—dressing changes
• Catheter care/changes-urethral and suprapubic
• Colostomy/ileostomy care
• Drawing blood samples—venous
• Administering IV and antibiotics therapy
• Tube feedings
