Kathy works primarily in the Buckhead and North Atlanta area. Her responsibilities include overseeing medication and clinical management of these clients. She graduated from Kean University in N.J. and has over 35 years of nursing experience which includes pediatric and adult critical care. behavioral health, hospice and nursing education. She also spent time as an active duty Navy nurse who upon completion earned the rank of LCDR.

Personal Care Staff Member
Karen Watson, RN
Karen Watson worked as a Clinical Coordinator full-time with Personal Care from 2002 until 2015. She now works PRN, primarily assisting with new client assessments, supervisory visits, and our continuing education program. She graduated from Georgia Baptist School of Nursing and has 46 years of nursing experience in orthopedics, spine surgery, and pain management.
Joy Jessup
Joy joined the Personal Care team in the Fall of 2020 as the Office Administrative Assistant. She has a passion for all things culinary and is a classically trained chef. Joy is currently studying Holistic Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Lilabet Choate, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
Lilabet earned her BSN and MSN from Emory School of Nursing. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who worked close to 30 years with Cardiology patients in the hospital and clinic settings. She has also enjoyed teaching and leadership roles in the hospital, clinic and University environments. Lilabet joined Peronsal Care in March of 2022. She assists Personal Care with new client assessments, client and caregiver supervisory visits, and our continuing education program.
Mahilda Pulliam
Mahilda moved to Georgia from Buffalo, New York, where she had worked in home care staffing for 19 years. Her passion for home care has given her the opportunity to work for Personal Care in Georgia. She started working for Personal Care in April of 2008, initially as our weekend on-call coordinator. Mahilda works with field staff, managing their schedules and ensuring client coverage.
